SBA Loan Programs

SBA Loans:

Owner Occupied Only: SBA Loans are provided on a national level. Several SBA loan programs meet most new start-up franchise needs or established company requirements.

We work very closely with clients to ensure the application & SBA information requirements are submitted properly. Owner-occupied property funding requires owners to occupy at least 51% of the space. Term Sheet within several business days. Typically, funding can be obtained within 30-45 days!

Some SBA/Franchise loans are a minimum of $250,000 up to $5 Million+ (Unique Financing Pari-Passu Structure is utilized when SBA limits are maxed out & our bank financing closes the financing gap!)
The loan requires the borrower to have 10%-20% of the borrower's equity capital.
Good credit (660+ credit score) case-by-case basis review.
